Cartesian coordinates in the plane and 3-space.
Vectors in the plane and the 3-space. Algebra of vectors. Scalar
product. Cross product. Trigonometric functions (sine, cosine, tangent,
cotangent), their basic properties. Basic trigonometric formulas. Polar
coordinates. Inverse trigonometric functions. Lines in the plane. Lines
and planes in the 3-spaces. Rudiments of linear algebra, with its
geometric interpretation in case of dimensions 2 and 3. Ellipse,
hyperbola, parabola. General quadratic equations. Basic quadratic
surfaces.
